Long COVID & chronic fatigue

Root-cause care for lingering
symptoms after illness

You’re still not better—and no one knows why.

You’ve done everything you were told. You’ve rested. You’ve waited. You’ve seen the specialists. But your body still isn’t the same.

Fatigue crashes your day before it begins. Brain fog makes simple tasks feel impossible. Your heart races unexpectedly. You can’t bounce back like you used to. You may feel anxious, inflamed, disconnected from your body—and dismissed by your doctors.

If this is you, you’re in the right place. We can help.

What Is Long COVID—and Why Is It So Complex?

Long COVID (also known as post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2) is a constellation of persistent symptoms that continue weeks, months or years after a COVID-19 infection. It affects multiple systems in the body—neurological, immune, cardiovascular, metabolic—and manifests differently in every person.

That’s what makes it so hard to treat with a one-size-fits-all approach.

At Olos, we see Long COVID as a whole-body systems disruption—a condition that requires not just symptom management, but deep investigation and personalized, layered healing.

What we look for

Every Long COVID patient is unique. That’s why we investigate a wide range of possible contributing factors, including:

Viral or microbial persistence

Hormonal shifts or adrenal fatigue

Toxic burden (mold, heavy metals, etc.)

Mitochondrial dysfunction (energy production)

Gut microbiome imbalances

Chronic inflammation and immune dysregulation

Nervous system stress and vagus nerve dysfunction

a multi-layered approach

how we treat it

Long COVID affects multiple systems—and no two cases look the same. Our treatment approach is personalized, layered, and designed to restore resilience at the root level.

Root-cause functional medicine

We investigate immune dysregulation, lingering viral load, mitochondrial dysfunction, hormonal shifts, and gut imbalances—then build a plan around your body’s specific needs.

Regenerative Therapies for Recovery

HBOT, PEMF, and infrared sauna support oxygenation, energy production, nervous system regulation, and cellular healing—addressing the lingering effects of post-viral stress.

Nervous System + Whole-Person Support

We help calm the fight-or-flight response and restore balance through trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and spiritual integration when desired.

We don’t just want you to “cope” with your symptoms—we want to help you heal, fully and sustainably.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with patients outside of your local area?

Yes. Many of our patients travel in for an in-person consultation. Virtual follow-ups are available when appropriate.

Do I need a confirmed diagnosis of Long COVID to work with you?

No. If you’re experiencing lingering symptoms after illness—even without a formal diagnosis—we may still be able to help.

Do I have to see Dr. Kat personally?

Not necessarily. While Dr. Kat sees a limited number of patients, all of our practitioners are trained in a similar approach and offer the same level of thoughtful, personalized care.

Do you take insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. We can provide superbills for potential reimbursement depending on your plan.
