January elimination diet

Claire Mitchell is the wellness educator at Olos Integrative Medicine and also offers functional health coaching as part of Mitchell Holistic Health. During the month of January, Claire will guide clients through preparing for and carrying out an elimination diet. The goal of this program is to heal your gut and identify foods that may be causing you to not feel your best. During each of the five weekly sessions, the group will meet virtually to receive help with menu options, discuss the goal of the week, answer questions, and provide accountability. Also, there will be an option for daily check-ins for those wanting extra accountability or guidance. This five-week elimination diet will follow this schedule:

Group coaching session information

When:

  • January, weekly (5 sessions total)
  • Beginning either January 2 or the week of January 4, continuing for 5 weeks (possible last session in early February)

Time commitment:

  • 1-hour sessions per week, options for either one weeknight or Saturday morning

Group meetings:

  • 25 clients per group, $20 per session (per client), offered virtually
